Launched in 2009, the Supplier Exchange has been serving Marks & Spencer's 'Plan A' team to communicate and collaborate with suppliers on issues for climate change, fair trade and environmental sustainability.
We were approached to maximise an opportunity to improve supplier communications at M&S. Since it's inception we've overseen the continuous development and support of the Supplier Exchange adding features and a redesign to be inline with brand requirements. The site is a secure internal site, not viewable to the general public, but contains the following functionality:
- Pages with user comments
- Networking between users
- Events and signups
- Case studies
- Landing pages for the key business areas and initiatives
- Geolocation and mapping
- Twitter and Facebook integration
