Most our clients are not technical

We won't blind you with science. We like to understand your business goals so we can advise the best course of action, whatever that may be. Our supported clients work closely with us so we understand the results they need from their website.

If you need, we can provide training and support videos on exactly how to make your website updates as points of reference for new members of your team and as refresher documentation if you need hints now and then. Our clients typically find that managing their website is intuitive enough that they can simply log in and find their way around. For this reason, training videos are usually best suited to larger projects and more complex business workflows.

We offer support plans tailored to you. You can expect proactive advice from our team on ways to continually improve your website's performance.
